Great location to restaurants and eateries. As someone who worked in the Motel industry for 20 odd years I look at any accommodation through fussy eyes. The room was very clean and well equipped and the bathroom was spacious. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the linen was of excellent quality. We didn’t hear any street noise even though we were reasonably close to the street. The blockout blinds worked well and I have no complaints about this property. I would gladly stay again.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the comfort inn in lakes entrance in one of their townhouses. Very spacious with great facilities. Has a full kitchen including dishwasher. Full laundry including washing machine and dryer free to use. 2 generous bedrooms & bathrooms, including a bath. Good size balcony. Great for a family stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet room at back of establishment. Some repair is going on round the place not that it intruded too much. Within easy walking distance of a number eating spots plus access to fresh fish too. Room was large, bed was extra comfortable. Basic kitchen stuff was there but sink was the bathroom basin. It appears a little pricey but that is common in Lakes Entrance

The staff were great, very accommodating and arranged for us to have access to the room even after arriving late for a late check-in. The room was light and comforting, had great facilities, and was all very clean. The location was beautiful, right across the road from the beach, and we could smell the beautiful fresh sea air whenever we opened the door.

The location was very close to all the amenities and attractions in the town. The host was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and tidy and looked new/renovated. Smart TV in the room had Netflix and other online platforms too so kept us entertained on those rainy days.
